Lately, I read news headlines in the day and more in-depth in the evening. Just so I avoid too much negativity from it.
It gets to me and sometimes, like last night, I didn’t want to do anything except to hug and give thanks for my family.
With news after news abt the pandemic globally, this is unprecedented times we all live in.
Including for our kids and parents too, who are seeking to understand what this new world means for us, for them, for the family...from our behavior.
My kids are. My parents are. With their eyes. Their questions and their behavior.
Are yours?
So I say the show still must go on.
The virus can stop us in our tracks physically but it should not stop us from:
- Caring and supporting each other, even if remotely
- Showing up when and where it matters.
- Finding and doing hope.
For us. For our loved ones.
Stay safe. Be responsible.
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass but learning to dance in the rain
